Caregivers

Are you the partner, parent, or adult child of a person with a physical or mental illness?  Are you able to find resources for your loved ones, but struggle to find resources for yourself?  You might find yourself feeling overwhelmed, lost, and alone.  Maybe you have started to feel defined by the needs and expectations of your loved one.  Perhaps you have little time or energy left for yourself.

I believe you can find balance between caring for yourself and caring for others!  My goals are to offer a safe, accepting space in which you can focus on your own wants and needs, explore the impact of your experiences and relationships, and find your peace and balance again.
